Forever Alone?

I don't know how many people know the history behind Valentine's day but everyone talks about it..so even if we don't know when Independence day or Republic day or Mother's day is...this day HAS  to be celebrated.And if you can't, then you must atleast worry that you can't.The whole being single thing is like some kind of death warrant. Like you will be flogged in public if people find out you are single.Having spent a great deal of time on twitter...more than the love,hugs,kisses and proposal tweets...one thing trends throughout the year "forever alone" ....."being single" ....and the likes That Annoying Feeling,make up your own day,Tomorrow is Tuesday(which is apparently trending coz single people will celebrate tomorrow as tuesday and not Valentine's day..)and so on.


1.       single and worried they will never find that "one" ideal person..
2.       single and still getting over somebody who will probably have one helluva time tomorrow
3.       single and worried they are running out of time 
4.       single and lost that one person they knew was perfect and waiting for the next one to come
5.       single and in and out of an on and off relationship 
6.       single and....blah ...you get it..



Which is why this one is dedicated to all my friends who are:
Well here is the deal.Nobody is really single...ever.
Or Forever alone for that matter.
Forget single/alone on Valentine's day..throughout the year.
All of you waiting for somebody this magical mysterious perfect ideal always-loving you person 
to pop out of nowhere and love you and make your life complete...well...
There is somebody you need to spend this Valentine's day with..
Somebody who deserves to know you love them..that you will be okay with all their imperfection...
You won't judge them when they make mistakes..
You won't feel ashamed of them if they don't look their best all the time..
You will forgive them for their past mistakes.
You will love them unconditionally.
That person is ....YOU.

Great words I heard from a friend," only if you can love yourself,you can expect somebody else to!"...and that is quite true...everyone searches for somebody to come and fill those cracks ...make those flaws go away (and yes i shall aptly be reminded of makeup at this point..)....when maybe you don't need anybody to complete/compliment/supplement/(dialogues from the romcoms) to make your life umm...complete..maybe the person you need is you.I know it sounds crazy.It probably is.But I would rather learn to love the one person who matters to me the most than wait for somebody I don't even know to fall in love with.

Having said that...enjoy this tuesday with the person you should be loving.
Spoil yourself crazy.Coz like they say "it is better to be a happy single than be miserable with somebody who doesn't deserve you."

Brownie She was so happy. It's been a long time since I wrote here, or wrote at all really. Decided to use a random word generator and then generate the rest of the words to make them into sentences.
